Please note that we unfortunately cannot not swap or exchange oxygen cylinders. 

When you bring in a cylinder for refill, you will receive the same cylinder back once the refill process has been completed.

Our oxygen refilling gets done by a 3rd party medical oxygen refilling station whom collects the empty cylinders according to the following schedule:

• Daily Pick-up Time: 3:00 PM

• Estimated Return Time: Approximately 6:00 PM on the same day

To ensure same-day service, please drop off your cylinder before 3:00 PM daily. Cylinders received after this time will only be collected and refilled the next afternoon.
